Refund & Returns Policy

Because each artwork is a one-of-a-kind original, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Colour preference

  • Size preference

  • Choosing the wrong artwork

  • Minor variations in colour due to monitor or lighting differences


1. Damaged Artwork

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • The packaging

  • Your order number

We will assess the issue and work on a suitable outcome (repair, replacement if applicable, or insurance claim).


2. Incorrect Item

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong artwork, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it as a priority.


3. Refunds

Refunds are only approved under the following circumstances:

  • The artwork was damaged during shipping

  • The incorrect artwork was sent

  • The order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., artwork later becomes unavailable)

Refunds will be issued through Square using the original payment method.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom commissions

  • Special-order items

  • International shipping costs

  • Art that has been altered, opened, or damaged after delivery
