1. Australia-Wide Shipping

All original paintings include FREE Australia-wide shipping unless stated otherwise.

Processing time: 2–5 business days
Delivery time: 5–10 business days (location dependent)

2. Local Pickup

Pickup is available by arrangement:

We will contact you to organise a suitable pickup time.

3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries.

Since each artwork varies in size, weight, and packaging requirements, international shipping is quoted individually.

4. Packaging

All artworks are securely packaged using:

• Protective wrapping

• Cardboard reinforcement

• Rigid art boxes or mailing cartons

• Additional padding for framed artworks

We take great care to ensure your painting arrives safely.

5. Tracking

All shipments include:

• Tracking number

• Delivery updates

• Signature on delivery (where available)

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or missing, we will:

• Contact the courier

• Investigate the issue

• Assist with replacement or insurance claim (case-by-case)
